My weekend was a bit of a letdown. I didn't eat anything that was awful, but I did have too many drinks. Alchohol counts! I also had too many bowls of bean salad - it may be good for you but it packs calories. This week I am going to try to limit the scotches and get back some of what I lost. I lost weight, but I was 290 on Friday and I am 294 today.
So, if you are disappointed that your week didn't go as well as you wanted, it is important to get right back to it! Good luck this week and make good decisions.

Glad to see that you don't let getting off the track discourage you.Your long post said all of the right things,about the dog and about you.I'm rooting for you!
You said it.. I am not going to let what ever I had bad for me last week get me off track again..
