Well I am happy, over the holidays I actually lost 2.2 lbs. I am proud. I was so excited that I tried a new machine at the gym, the eliptical (I think), signed in for 15 minutes, was near death at 3 minutes and quit at 5 minutes. When I got up or tried to on Saturday morning man it was tough, the trainer was at my side when I started, and I am sure she got a laugh from my adventure, but she let me try. Going back on the treadmill it's safer. I a little better, but can help but laugh every time I get up or try to sit down.
Just thought I would give you guys a laugh. See you Sunday with my new Brady shirt.
