Happy Birthday Martin Weight Loss Challenge! Now, I know we are all trying to lose weight so the picture of cake doesn't help but it's our first birthday! I'd like to congratulate everyone who's here today - so, CONGRATULATIONS! We have all made the decision to make out lives better and healthier. Congratulations to everyone who has been with us from the start. Congratulations to everyone who is just beginning this journey (hang on - it is a bumpy ride). Congratulations to those who lost a lot. Congratulations to those who lost a little. Congratulations to those who only have a few more pounds to lose. Congratulations to those who have 20, 30, 40, 50, 100 pounds to lose. Congratulations for choosing to laugh, cry, lose, and gain with us.
