We just did our first work-out...
Let me say this - it was horrible... we were tired during the warm-up nevermind during the actual work-out. We did the low impact cardio exercises. Between the warm-up, workout and cool-down we spent an hour sweating in the basement. We got the Biggest Loser Workout Video - you can buy it here if you'd like.
The plan is to do an hour a day, six days a week, we will see how well we keep up.
