
Most of us are competing as teams and I know it helps me to have someone that I live and love with to encourage me and keep me motivated. But there is a more important team that we are all a part of - The Martin Weight Loss Challenge. And lately, I have not felt like a part of this particular team. If I feel this way, I'm sure that the rest of you are feeling this way too.
The only posts on the blog are from Chris doing the update and there's not much happening there because the majority of individuals don't weigh in. There are no comments or emails or advice going back and forth. There is just nothing.
I am just as guilty of this as everyone else is. We have a choice to make - either we will all succeed together or we will fail together. Let's make our goal this week (other than losing weight, of course!) to each write about something weight loss related once this week on the blog. It can be short but just share how you're feeling with the Team. Chances are that you are not alone.
My personal goals for this week are: post three times, journal all my food every day, and lose at least 3 pounds. What are all of your goals for the week? If you share them, we can all help you reach them!

Sorrry I missed the post but my goals for the next few weeks are to NOT eat in my car, Gym no less than 4 times a week and no chocolate. We will see how they go
I have a big "eating in the car" problem too. I think I feel like if no one sees me, it doesnt count. Ugh.
You can do it though! I saw your pictures on Facebook this weekend from the wedding and you look fantastic! You're doing so well. Keep up the hard work and you will reach the payoff.
