NO CIRCUS is complete without its Ringmaster, so, let me say this to you....WHERE IS OUR RING MASTER.....the man with the motovation, believe me when I say this...the more we come here , the better we will do.....we need each others strength......and word of wisdom...so Lets all call our for our fearless leader....where has he been...unless he is no longer UP for the challenge.
