Think before you snack...but have fun...This weekend IS going to be tough..but there is more to EASTER than just the candy.....once again....remember the reason for the season...take a close look at your life....there is so much to be THANKFUL for....try not to concentrate on the negative and look for all the postive signs of spring....LOVE.....LAUGH.....HUG......and BE HAPPY.....the is not a dress rehersal it is the only life we have...so why not stop and smell the flowers...Love you lots...and dont worry...if you are up a little on MONDAY you can work it off during the coming week...but how grand it would be to stay the same or lose a little...
