Week 2 Results

Angie, your new scale seems to be adusting to your weight. Ha! Kidding. Great job. Just because people bring you bread, it doesn't mean you have to eat it. Becky, nice recovery this week, you have the right first digit, keep it there! Fran, if we had used your "blown out" number then we'd really have something to talk about! You still lost, do not give it back this week. Katie lost the weight, I gained, so thank you partner for carrying me. Yvette, slow and steady wins the race, we need a bit more of steady than of slow however. Mike and Jeanne - it is show week, that will always be hard. Sally, Sally, Sally, Sally... No Chinese Food. No Pizza. No McDonalds. It's that simple. Those foods are in your past. You've eaten enough of those meals to last a lifetime. You have to cook for yourself. Have a salad before dinner. If you MUST eat out, go to Subway and get a salad. (The bread is all the calories, and no, not a TUNA or STEAK salad, Turkey, Ham, or even a Spicy Italian salad. Skip the cheese and get LIGHT oil and extra vinegar, you'll thank me.) Aunt Eva, do not let Sally's diet choices corrupt you, be strong and help her.

We have lost 35.5 lbs as a team since the start of Round 2. Congrats team. I know we can do better. Stay focused. I will have a nice post tomorrow for you. Good luck this week. Candy Ain't Dandy and Fast Food's a Killer.

I am working towards a great weight loss for me this week, although I am stuck on 175 , I will march to Victory , and get over the slump. Remember anything over a pound is a GREAT weight loss.....well for me anyway...my personal goal is to loss 1/2 lb or maintain......slow and steady will get me there
Love YOU LOTS !!!
