Doing it

Well I have made a couple of changes, I realize that doing the treadmill the same way every day is probably not good. So yesterday I tried doing a preprogrammed workout with incline, It was my first time with it and i survived. Also I changed my routine and did a video workout today.
Variety is good and so is change. The next thing I need to do is find another easy lunch, other than a english muffin, peanut butter and an orange. it fills me and that is good. Also since I am a finicky eater it makes it tough. Any ideas for snack food, other than an orange, or animal crackers (my addiction). I will get the pictures taken this weekend and send them off. I go the the Red Sox spring training next Friday and behaving will be tough, but can be done.

Love to all

If you have access to a microwave at lunch, try the weight watcher frozen dinners. Most are under 300 calories, and they're pretty good for a frozen dinner. I also like Progresso soups. There are many under 300 calories for the entire can. (Each can has 2 servings, so double the number of calories listed on the can). Or make a salad with a LITTLE BIT of raisins and nuts. If you don't like raisins and nuts, try sweet peas and corn. It gives a bland salad a little more flavor. (and use low fat or fat free dressing, of course). I know it's difficult for someone who's a very fussy eater. I used to be, but I've learned to like alot of things that I hated before. So give it a try....you may "learn" to like it. Good luck!

I like the Lean Cuisine Pannini's, they are really good. They are only 300 calories as well and you get bread and cheese! Eat slow though because they are small.

I eat the soup in our cafe every day. It's always differnet and pretty healthy if you choose the chicken noodle or turkey rice over the cream of broccoli or beef stew.
