the best way to get to exercise is to compete....but only in a nice way....I was sooooo happy I beat Jason's time that I called him and left a message on his phone...then to my surprise, a phone call to me , at work, from Katie.....she beat my time....aarrrggghhh....way to go Katie...but I will try to beat your time...Love you all when all we are trying to do is move it , move it , move it...!!!!
