I think I finally figured it out, so I will be posting stuff. The treadmill has become a friend for a few days and hopefully more when Uncle Bob or Michael get it the TV hooked up so I can watch and walk. It is an issue of wiring so I have to be patient. Otherwise I just get channel 22 and that's fuzzy, No it's not an excuse, if I can do something other than walk I will be more apt to do more often. Got a lot of clutter picked up yesterday and today, sometimes it is nice to be stuck inside.
Now that my oldest grandson has turned into a teenager, I have to get really busy walking because his Mom and Dad are going to beat me.

Way to go Ann.....a few steps a day adds up..we are doing this too here at our house...kinda like a challenge...I only walked 4 times last week ...but that is four times more than the week before.....just gotta keep on keepin on...
