I knew it was going to be a tough end of the week. We had the Show Choir art gala thing and there was goign to be food there. Not just any food, little food served on trays by students with napkins. There are a few foods I just can't resist..no will power inveted that can draw me away from mini thai rolls, quiche, golumpkis and pierogis. In the presence of these items I cower like a dog who is about to be beaten with a broom. (nice analogy) So I put a gown on, yes, a gown, like everyone else was supposed to wear but didn't and i go into the caf. They start coming towards me in droves, seas of plates filled with quiche. Good thing I just ate a 5 inch sub from subway. I planned on this, I removed calories from the day before and the morning. Unlike KAtie who graciously refused the trays, i ate one of everything that came my way. It was so good. I did finish the evening with fruit, no cake.
So here comes the morning and what do I do? Make golumpkis my other arch enemy. I reduced the fat by not putting salt pork and using olive oil instead..that makes it better right? I must maintain contraol until Wednesday when I brng them to school. It will be tough.
A cheat here and there is not a big deal. I didn't binge all week, one day I forgot to eat at all until around 5, and I planned on eating the quiche. I ate something more healthy before so i wouldn't get totally out of control and I lost 3 punds this week. Just thinkwhat I could do if I excercised.

Yay!! Grapes! Bury those golumpkis behind everything in the fridge or freeze them until Wednesday. If they're harder to get to, you may not eat them.
