I know what you mean about falling off the wagon though. To start with, I didn't journal my food once. I hurt my back last week and am finally getting better this weekend so I couldn't walk this week. And I fought with Chris 1 night this week so I ate because I was mad at him. It was a good thing I didn't have anything more decadent than Chex mix and Smart One's sundaes in the house.
My trick to trying to stay good is just not buying the "non-diet" food. I know you have people in your house that aren't dieting so it's more difficult. If I dont have junk food in the house, I can't eat it. Some people like to have that stuff around so that they feel good when they DON'T eat it. But I just can't have it in the house.
Some weeks are definitely more difficult than others. It's true that you won't lose 5 pounds every week but you have a great start. You've done so great the last few weeks - don't throw it away for a couple of bad days! We're all in this together and we know what you're going through. We'll help you anyway we can.
