A day of shopping
Amy and I are headed out to the Christmas Tree Shoppes, In the past we would always stop and enjoy a lunch of what ever we chose with out an ounce of guilt. Today will be a test of our will power and determination! Wish us luck!
good Luck...the thing is ..you can still go out an enjoy a nice lunch...order one entre with a salad for each....share the main meal and have a nice cup of coffe or water with lemon...I know that you guys can do it.....go Wonder Twins Power Love you when you have determination to reach your goal... You guys are strong. I believe you can make it a day and if one of you is feeling weak the other one is strong enough to bring you back. Your winners in my eyes. LOL
Well we made it though a long day of shopping, we stoped at an fruit stand and each got a huge apple, than we came home and I made shrimp cocktails for a snack for us foowed up by a walk! We had a great day yesterday! Plan to have another great day today too!
