Help...here is my problem......the new coffee lady at my work is doing a really great job. We have this coffee club....$12.00 a week for all the coffee or tea that you would want in a given day...good deal right....and then once or twice a month we used to have doughnut day.....in the morning.....I had that one in control...but this new lady....God Bless her... has taken over a job that no one else wanted...and is doing a wonderful job, BUT.....has an assortment of cookies ...every day....at 2:00.....and I just cant seem to resist the temptation of the all powerful cookie....I know that it is a mindset.....and I have overcome many obstacles before ...for example ...I have not purchased a single snack in the vending machine since round one..a whole year ago ..so why is this COOKIE thing such a problem for me.....once again ....HELP...and Jessie now I understand the Devil Dog dilemma...Love you with a cookie or two or three or four....

nough said...thanks ..will try that...also...I am bringing a 100 cal. snack with me....just in case I need a safety blanket...
