
You all do realize that if you FORGET that it is Monday and time to weigh in, you aren't really trying. To really live more healthy, and to lose weight, you basically have to think about it all the time. You have to be on guard from chocolate, pizza and all other calorie monsters. If you do not realize then it is Monday then that means you haven't been thinking about food all week. If you haven't been thinking about food all week, then you aren't hungry. If you aren't hungry you are not working out enough or you are eating too much, 'nuff said. So Ann, Friends, Oreo, Angie and Fran - please report in next week!
We had a not-so-good week this week guys. We only lost .7 lbs as a team and many of us gained. I think we need more inspirational Katie and Mom posts, as least I know I do. This is not easy. I've been doing it for a year and it is a struggle to stay good. I love food. Tonight Katie and I went to the gym. We slipped last week, and the week before, but I really feel like we are not giving up. What I mean is that it feels like the week is still hard fought and not a given that I won't do well.
We can do this. Ok, I am putting it out there. Everybody diet the rest of the week like it is week one and we will show everyone what we can do.

Like AA we need to take this one day at a time or one meal at a time. Stick w/ the basics and it will happen. Sometimes when we plan too far ahead or set goals that seem unreachable we give into failure. We can do this people. I believe in us.
