I had a rough week this week...I was not as good as I should have been .....and ....to make matters worst ...I was up 2 and 1/2 lbs three days ago....but I got ahold of myself ... somewhat ...and the weight loss fairy gave me a maintain for the week....it is a gift ..so I will be thankful and do better this week.....How was your week ????Love you when staying the same is sometimes very appreciated...
