For the last six months, I have not really been IN this thing. I still lost weight but not with the same zeal I did a year ago. Every week had multiple cheats. The only thing that kept me losing over the past two months is my gym schedule. Despite my lack of effort in keeping my food intake down, I managed to go to the gym or use the treadmill at home 4-5 days a week. In the last 4 months, I have only lost 20 pounds (I say "only" because in the 8 months prior to that, I lost 150 lbs so for me, its like I was barely moving).
We all have the ability to self motivate but it is just much easier said than done. For those of us playing on a team or married, it makes a world of difference to have your "partner" motivated to lose weight too. Chris has been out of the game for basically 6 months. I think his weight on Monday was exactly the same as it was in February. On Monday morning, he made up his mind that he was going to lose ten pounds this week. This morning, he is down 5 already and I am down 4. I know we have to make it through the reast of the week but we are off to a great start. It has made a world of difference in my ability to make smart choices because I have someone who is making smart choices with me.
My wish is that everyone who has a teammate is able to talk openly with their partner to tell them that you need their help. We are all here because we need help losing weight - we've all tried on our own and are now succeeding as a group. We have a few teams that didnt report in for last week - I hope that you can each talk with your other partner and get back on the same page. This talk could save your lives!

Kristie does not have the internet anymore, Her team lost 7lbs this past week (team friends) I think Devron was going to email thier weights to you, I know Devron ost 4lbs but I am not sure about his partner, I will follow up with Devron and either have him get back to you or I will let you know. I agree team work is a great way to help each other fight the battle!
I recently lost 76 lbs and then had a set back. I find it amazing how long it takes to lose weight but only 2 weeks to gain a significant amount. I too on Monday recommitted to myself. I am back on my " Its all about Me" campaign. Working out like a maniac and have a realistic goal of 5 lb weight loss this week. We shall see how it goes. Good luck everyone
