Emotional Eater


Today I found out that I am an emotional eater! After all these years, I finally relized that I tend to eat when I am upset, sad, happy .... How do I stop this? Any ideas, anyone?

I am glad you realize your an emotional eater. I have known I am one for a long time. I thought I had control of it until my life recently took a wild spin. I have since regained control by talking myself through it and trying to recongnize the signs before I binge again. It is a hard habit to break.
