Well thanks to chris for giving me a kick in the Ass
I feel GREAT.I have made my lunch for work everyday this week.
I have gone to the gym everyday.
I have Eatin three meals a day, breakfast/Supper then Lunch
I have eatin heathly snacks like celery / cucumbers / yogurt / blueberries / strawberries
Sometimes People just need a little Kick in the Ass
