Once Upon a time......doesn't everyone love a fairy tale with a happy ending....well .....it has been 26 weeks and not only do we have happy endings but we also have new beginnings.....a chance to do this all over again...but with a little bit more knowledge than we did the first time around....and I think that my key to happiness with be for me to not be happy maintaining my weight ...but to try to either reduce the weight or strengthen what I do have...I need to work on my core muscles this time around to give me a better posture and a stronger back.....What is YOUR KEY to a happy ending.........
Love you when the key unlocks the door to a new and healthy me....
