
I have learnt that I need to pack the food that I plan to eat each day at work. IF....I eat it all and still want more....I have a hot tea or a large water...and then if I am still hungry..(and I should not be , because I pack enough food and more ) then I have more water and wait until supper time. Some days are harder than others....but I get through them. The vending machine is NOT an option.
I have learnt that if I eat some kind of protein for breakfast instead of cold cereal that I am not so hungry before lunch time.
I have learnt that I am not alone in this and the we have a great team all working together to get healthy ...so lets use each other.....Post Post Post....I know that it helps me....
and oh yeah...my weakness.....frosted cake....chips.....and any kind of candy....I just cant have it in the house.....I know that I would sneak eat it...
Love you when I just need to know what triggers your poor choices...maybe we can help each other...

They have reduced fat Devil Dogs???!!!! I wonder if they are as good as the real devil dogs. How many calories in one of those compare to the original variety???!!! Just kidding. I'm not doing devil dogs this week. In fact, I'm trying something new and I will post about it later. Hopefully I'm successful!
