The explorer Hernando Cortes, upon arriving in Mexico, gave the order, "Burn the boats," to his 600 men. As they watched the boats crumble into the sea, they knew that the only way home was through victory. There was no turning back.
This weekend I bought new bras and underwear. I haven't had a bra that fits in probably 3-4 years. I came home and threw my old ones out immediately. I am not going to hold on to clothes that are too big in the chance that I gain my weight back. That is just not an option for me. I will not fail.
Get rid of those crutches that you rely on. Let go of your old life and move on - you'll be happier! Burn those boats!
