

A lot of people I know have a Wii system, one bought it just for the Wii Fit Program and has told me that there are many benifits from the programs and games and charts and reminders that it gives you. I am not sure that I want a program telling me that I am " Up a Bit " but if that is what it takes to get healthy and is fun too...why not....so...do you have one and what do you like most about it to help you on your get healthy and get in shape weight loss jouney ?

My grandson Tony has a Wii, and I tried the boxing. It was a good work out! I was so obsessed with it and I wouldn't stop until I knocked my opponent out! Of course it's not like real boxing, but it gets you moving and any movement burns calories! I watched Tony play tennis, and he was so cute! He's VERY competitive, and he was running around and diving on the floor. I had to keep telling him to be careful, because he almost smashed into the TV. What I'm getting at is you can really get into it, so you forget you're "working out", and it's more fun than working out on a machine or a weight bench. It's a nice change of pace.
I did the same thing Yvette. my father go i for christmas and it was a lot of fun boxing and it was a work out .. I was sweating at the end :-). May be we all should schedule a Wi Night :-). Maybe have a Wi challenge
