For the first time in a long time, Mom and Dad beat Katie and I, although at .93% we had a good week as the core teams. Mom and Dad are teasing 10% and have a good shot at hitting it this week.
11 People trying to lose weight and as a team, YOU GAINED. This is not the performance you are capable of. I hope you are more dilligent this week.
Bart gained. Maybe it was the chicken skin I fed him on Sunday?

Great job Tom, Tracy, Ann, Paul, John, Chris and Katie! Shame on the rest of us! Okay, the holidays are over, and spring is around the corner. Let's commit ourselves to getting healthy. Just take one small step at at time. Do like Katie...set small attainable goals which lead up to the final weight we've set. I find it fun taking my measurments too. It's not only exciting losing weight, but also losing inches! We WILL have a better week this week....right?!?!? Yes we will!!!!
