Hi....just a high note here...I auditioned for a part in Godspell. St Mary,s church is putting it on to raise money for the center. It is very exciting...and I got a spot in the chorus plus I am the understudy to the part of Robin. This is great .....it keeps me busy ...doing something that I love to do ..... and you cant sing and eat at the same time....will keep you posted on how I am doing...but once again....I AM VERY EXCITED. !!

So far I'm doing better this week. Got lots of exercise shoveling today, plus I worked out with weights. Monday and Tuesday I did some kickboxing and I ran a little. Tomorrow I'll rest, then back to the grind on Friday. I think I can, I think I can.....I know I can, I know I can!!! And now that I'm writing down everything I eat, I'm keeping the calories down too!!! It's amazing how a little bite here and there adds up!!So I'm eating lots of veggies, salads and fruits! Hope everyone else is back on the wagon too!!!! We owe it to ourselves!!!!
