The numbers are deceptive, Dad and I gained this week - good thing we have strong women around to make us look good. I was very disappointed in myself this week. I was on the road and I just ate whatever I wanted. Katie was down 4 lbs, so that tells you how much damage I did. But we have the running sticker chart now (Katie will blog about it) and I am ready to go.

I am so sorry Aunt Jeanne. I wanted to point out Becky's great week and I didn't even notice that you had a breakout week. You had your single biggest weekly loss since we started the challenge. If you keep up like this then you will close strong. Don't lose hope. It is a matter of patience and time. Becky, what can I say, you had an incredible week. Please do not starve yourself, because if you do, you'll plateau and get frustrated. Greg, start pulling your weight. (hahaha, get it, pulling your weight, get it, get it?) Aunt Ann, maybe you'll give yourself that kick in the butt you need. Angie, why oh why did you have to eat that last rib? Jessica, Devil Dogs are not food, they are processed sugar with brown dye in them. Just think of it as a shaving cream sandwich with dog turd bread, maybe that will make them harder to eat. Yvette, you still lost, it gets harder and harder, believe me, at 134 lbs there is just not much left of you to lose!

Great job everyone!! Way to go Becky and Aunt Jeanne - I knew you guys could do it. (I totally need a Wii - it seems like it helps!)
Keep up the great work - 7 more weeks!
Congrats to all who lost, but especially Becky, Jeanne and Katie! They say it's easier for men to lose weight, but it seems like alot of the ladies in this group are kicking some serious butt!!! It's difficult to get a clear picture because of the "couples", but it certainly looks like the women would win if this was a male vs female contest!
As for me....my modivation isn't where it should be. I think I have the "after the holiday blues". Plus the stress level at work is off the charts! We've been short handed for 3 1/2 months now and it's starting to take it's toll the two of us who are taking on the extra duties. And to top it off, we're having a State audit....yipeeeee! Those are always fun! Yea, I know...excuses, excuses. I need to snap out of it and just DO IT!!! I promise I'll get a good kickboxing work out tonight before watching The Biggest Loser. Hopefully that will snap me out of my slump.
After staying the same last week I knew it was the drugs I was taking for my back. By Wednesday I was way up and that was my last day on them. By Saturday everything was going down. Medication, a lot of them, will put on water weight while you are on them. Doesn't give us permission to pig out. I love excercising with the Wii fit. And it really puts your weight in your face with the Body Test. You should of heard my mouth watching my weight go up. I was using the Yoga for my back and it helped. Great job to all of us!!
Tom and Tracy .... Way To Go .... 50 lbs is no easy feat....keep up the good work....
