When you do not eat all the time, you have to figure out other things to do. My Dad works on other people's houses, or rips down walls, installs floors, puts together furniture. He like to use power tools. Katie knits. My mom sings and socializes. I've taken to a few things, but one of them is building rockets. You can see the result below:
