
All four of the core participants lost this week. Katie and Chris are teasing 20% while Mom and Dad are teasing 10%. Great work all. In total, the core participants have lost 188 lbs.

Some mixed results, Angela got back all of the ground she lost last week. Aunt Ann gained a tiny bit. Aunt Jeanne - at least you are not going up. Yvette found her stride again. Tom and Tracy got back their lost ground. Jessica, Jessica, Jessica, Jessica. Mike and Lisa...

Added Becky and Greg and a Bart chart. I will have to modify the scale soon, because Katie and I are about to break 20%.

Team, stick with it. Look, if as a team we can lose over 300 lbs (yep, broke that record) then anything is possible. Think about what you are eating. Decide what you want out of this effort and go for it. Only thing in the way is you!
Good luck, and eat healthy this week. Use the stairs! Skip the Elevator. Bread is Bad and what not.

Great job everyone!!! We blew away the 300 lb mark!! For those who are still struggling to get out of the Holiday mode, don't give up!!! This will be YOUR week!!! I wish everyone could have watched "The Biggest Loser" last night. It certainly gave me the inspiration to keep going! So between that show and all the encouragement coming from all you wonderful people, I'm rearing to go!
