Just curious how everybody did this week...we kept really busy doing all kinds of things around the house....we even had some not so great food choices . ... but....all and all we kept active...we ate good foods...and snacked on healthy choices.....my personal goal this week was to journal ...and I did ....all seven days...this helped a lot....good luck everyone and here is to another great challenge week..

After 2 "not so good" weeks, I'm also anxious to see the results this week. I'm hoping the team reaches 300 lbs! That would be awesome!!!
I'm pleased to say I did very good this week....finally!!! But I have to admit it was really hard getting back into it after all those holiday treats!!! But I did it, and I hope everyone else had a good week too!
