Chris said I would post about this on Monday. I'm a slacker - I'm sorry. But better late than never, right? Right?!
We must do at least one mile on the treadmill for it to count. The four of us all have different goals so we record miles walked/ran, time, and calories burned. Chris wants to run an 8 minute mile; I want to walk at least 30 minutes and improve every week; John wants to walk at least 5 miles a week; Paula wants to do at least 10,000 steps every day. Everyone that walks gets a sticker. You have to get at least 5 stickers. If you do, you get an extra one at the end of the week so there is the potential for 8 stickers. The person with the most at the end of the week wins.
Wins what, you ask? Better health! A new life!
