Time is fun when you are having flies

Or is it time flies when you are having fun.......I know that when I keep busy time passes.....whether it is a job that I am doing or a hobby....you just gotta keep busy .....Yesterday for example was a crazy day for me.....I got up for work at 6...left by 7:45 ...worked until 5:00 got home , went on the tread mill.....didnt register the time or distance but "Ran out of Time" went to music rehersal at 6:30 got home at 9:00 ish ...went back on the treadmill for 25 min. did my mile.....ate my dinner....late.....watched a little TV or should I say the TV watched me...went to bed at 11:30 got up at 6:00 to do the day all over again. It is funny how time does pass...you hear yourself say things like....."What it is weigh in Monday Already !!" "Oh Lord what am I going to make for dinner he will be home soon !" "I dont want this to end I just started to have fun."

I guess what I am trying to say is....have fun at what we are doing...as Chris said find a hobby and get lost in it. Dont focus on the food and what you are going to eat next....yes prepair but there is a lot in life than the diet. Well this has been too long so I will end.
