Yes I did. When I was hungry I went to the dining room and worked on the two scrapbooks I was making for my sister-in-laws baby shower(twin boys) I didn't park it in front of the tv and eat. I also went out side and threw wood near the house so I could bring it in for the fireplace instead of having my sister do it. I drank alot of tea and when I wanted something sweet I ate a clementine. It worked. I came to the conclusion that my 3:00 issue is not going to go away, 39 years of programing and still getting out of school at the same time is not going to let my body say "hey, we don't need some nourishment now" So 3:00 has become my Friend. I have my coffee, and maybe half a blueberry bagel, (great time for a carb) and then I am on my way and no binge to follow.
