
Okay ...so for today I slipped.....how do you fix something that you already done....the candy was good....did it make my already stressful day better....no....did it taste good....not sure , I ate it too fast....will I do it again....maybe but not too soon...that is a lot of chocolate when you have not been eating any...so with this bar and three cups of reg. coffee...I am most sure that I will not be getting a lot of sleep tonight....Peace for now and I dont mean a piece of candy..
Love you when sometimes you just slip into old habits...

It must be the week of bad habits...last night I stress-ate. It was just pretzels,granted it was 400 calories of pretzels, but if there was anything more appealing (aka, worse for me) in the house, I would've eaten that. Then I washed it down with 3 glasses of wine. It was a bad night. Ugh. Old habits die hard.
Lets get back on the wagon together Mom!
