Made it thru one more!

So much preporation and it's gone in a flash! Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas with the three F's....family, friends and food! Yes, I said food. It's a time where all diets and healthy eating habits are put on the back burner, but not forgotten! We still have a couple of days to get on track before stepping on that scale! Personally, I'm expecting a little gain, but I won't bang my head against the wall. After all, it's Christmas...the most wonderful season of all!

One more holiday to go and I will be more than happy to get back into my "normal" routine. I've learned something very important over the past two weeks. Number one: Sugar makes me crazy! It's hard to explain, but I have a difficult time concentrating because my head is jumping from one thing to another! I guess it over stimulates my brain. Number two: Fatty food make me sick to my stomach....plain and simple! Number three: Too much cheese and breads.....well, we all know what that does to us! What I'm getting at is this: I FEEL MUCH BETTER WHEN I'M EATING FOODS THAT ARE GOOD FOR MY BODY! So it's a no brainer for me.....get back to the foods that are healthy for me, and the bonus that goes with it is....I'll start losing weight again!

Happy New Year to all!!!

I am a fat, fat, fat, fat man. I stuffed myself with Chinese food. then I stuffed myself with Saurakraut and Sausage. Home made Mac and Cheese. Lots of adult beverages. Spaghetti and Meatballs. Food, food, food. Thanksgiving we did good, but we took Christmas off. No more Mr. Nice Guy. I am back on the wagon.

Me too. I have been way too bad the past couple of weeks. Definitely going in the wrong direction. I'm excited to go back to work where I'll have my english muffin for b'fast and cup of soup for lunch. And that's all. None of this snacking all day stuff.

Wish you all luck as we get back on track.
