Fred Meets Mr. Bill !!!

I do wish everyone the best for the New Year....and I pray that your Christmas Days are all wonderful and fulfilling with friends and family and fun ....I know that mine were...We all got together and enjoyed each other , not to mention the wonderful food,. Thank you Angie for that beautiful dinner, and more food the day after, breakfast out with the kids....Spaghetti and meat balls , yummy, thank you Serge and Jessica, they were delicious, Not to mention the Ginger bread House, and Cakes and Cookies, thank you Auntie Jeanne and Aunt Ann....not to mention the fudge and the more fudge, thank you grandma and then

Lets talk about the adult beverages and the candy....lots of candy....but all in all it was a wonderful Christmas Day and day after and day before and week before...silly shopping and all and now we need to get back to the program....well I know that I do ...did I ever tell you that I just LOVE candy.....well anyway....I heard that a lot of people have that WII fit...so I think that it would be a good thing to use them and start some kind of program....John got a beautiful Tread Mill for Christmas so now there is no excuse not to walk....and I got so many nice things...I cant list them all but they should all keep me busy and out of the refrigerator....for a little while anyway.... I had a great time...how was your holiday.

Love you when sometimes we just gotta ride the wave and wait until the calm comes...and then do what is good and healthy for us....
