I know that I have not done all that well during this week...but with the company that I had , I must tell you that I had no reason to be bad. but , life happens...and I was not in control at all times....so adult beverages got in the way and I had a stiff neck since thurs. not to mention a sore throat...but in reality it is just my old habits trying to work their way back into my life....we did really well at thanks giving (except for the fudge) I ate some of that . but we did go for a walk after dinner and that was good...but my sched. was all messed up with me being laid off for the week , which ment that I was home for 8 days...hopefully I did not get myself into too much trouble....I love Mondays...and a new start..Love you when life is full of changes...
