Keep your Hands busy and know what you are eating

Who would think to launch rockets on Thanksgiving day, and also we went along with Katies idea of making nutrition facts for the foods at our dinner...thanks to Angie and Katies....Great Idea, great job...keep up the good work ladies....and Chris kept the boys busy, not to mention them helping Jason install a hard wood floor in his new home...what a crazy family....no couch potatos here..
