

cookies, cakes, chips, even trail mix, weight watchers , or 100 cal. snack packs...I just cant have them in the house....I dont have enough control to eat just one..and then I reason with myself to have another and say well its just 2 points or its just 100 cals. and they add up quickly...NO...I am not ready to bring them in.....like Chris and Katie...if I am gonna cheat ....I need to eat yougart or dried fruit.....I ate a whole bag of that stuff.....not pretty.....I do have bread in the house but I limit it to breakfeast or with a meal...NEVER ...never...toast for a snack...sigh....but it all seems to be working and BRAVO for those of you who can control those desert snacks....they would be calling out to me...so for now ..I will snack on green pepper slices or cucumber or if I am hungry I will cook some sort of vegtable.....if you are really hungry and not just craving a poor choice food item...you will eat brocholli........
Love you all with good snacks in mind....popcorn (without the butter oil) is a very good one.

well.. we do have skinny cows, so I guess, if it went bad, the worst that could happen would be an entire box of skinny cows... I may end up eating old Nintendo games, yum yum, fried up with a bit of oil and bread crumbs.
