My favorite foods

Ok, so I have my favorite foods and then I have my favorite "on program foods." I realize that I probably shouldn't have a distinction if this is truly a lifestyle change but we're taking baby steps right? So while I'd like to have heaps of ice cream and large portions of mashed potatoes and pasta surprisingly I am pretty content with some foods that are also good for me. Here are some of my favorites:

Edy's Whole Fruit Bars. I love lemon, strawberry, and the orange cream flavors. I think they are 100 cal but I'm not positive. I call it 2 points because I'm doing WW.

WW Oreo cookie ice cream bars. They have chocolate and vanilla. The chocolate are better. 2 points

Special K cereal bars. Strawberrry or chocolate drizzle are my favorite but there are other flavors too. 90 cal per bar

Goldfish crackers. So, I buy these for the kids but I can have 54 for 3 points. Not a bad snack. Sometimes I'll add an oz of cheddar cheeze to go with it.

Slimfast peanut crunch bars. I swear to you if I gave you one while blindfolded you'd think you were eating a butterfinger. No kidding. 3 points each

I'm sure there are others I just can't think of them right now. I was thinking about what I've been eating lately and realized I eat lots of fruits and veggies as snacks. I guess that's good.

I have favorite "on program" foods too. I'm still in the baby steps phase.

The Special K bars are also a fave for me - I like the rasberry bliss bars. They have rasberry pieces and are dipped in chocolate for 90 cal.

I really like the 90 cal packs of Quaker rice cake minis - the cinnamon streusel ones and peanut butter one are the best.

I also like sugar free creamsicles (45 cal for 2) and no sugar added fudgesicles (70 cal for 2).

Chris likes air popped popcorn with Butter flavored Pam sprayed on it.

Those are some of the snack things I keep in the house for when we have the munchies.

I love the WW cookie ice cream bar also.. Trick is not to eat the whole box in one week.... It was hard for me....And my other favorite believe it or not is South BEach Diet PB bars...

I like the air popped popcorn. I also like a plate of radishes and a wedge of lettuce with some light italian dressing. An apple is good. Pickles (not sweet) are low cal as well. Ugh... that's really all I eat for snacks. Sometimes I will eat one of the skinny cows, and those are really good. The butter flavored pam on air popped popcorn has been a life saver. Trick is, three real meals, and one snack!
