So....this must mean that we are all having a tough week....the core losers I mean...because there is no posting going on here...though ....it is an election week coming up ....so Chris must be busy on this .... and I know that John doesnt post....so there is no imput there...Katie does often post but she may be caught up in the politcs stuff....but I know that I came here looking for a little support ....sigh.....and I only found me..... :0( ...... so I must help myself and anyone who may want to listen......
I set small goals for myself each week...this week was to post for the whole seven days....and that is what I have done.....next week .... my goal is not to weigh myself every day...this will NOT be and EASY challenge to say the least....but I will do it and Journal as well....
I hope our extended participants have done well this week...we may need to get some good inspiration from them....

Well, I'm not looking forward to tomorrow morning. I didn't have a great week. It started with the Halloween candy in the office. I let myself have a couple pieces then things went down hill from there. I hate horribly at mom's house yesterday - candy and candy and candy then fish and chips for supper!!! Crazy. Seeing I was already in the hole I guess I decided to just keep digging today. Dumb I know. I bought chocolate covered donuts from the machine at work (yes I went into work today). Oh well. I hope the soups in the cafe are good this week. That will put me back on track. Last week they were all creamy, not good for my diet. I will be good, I will be good, I will be good. (Just practicing my mantra) :o)
