
So here is the story.....I started the hulla hoop exercise on Monday.....18 rotations and then ...boom...it fell , Tuesday a little more spins first in the morning and then in the evening...well ....this morning...thursday that is ...118 spins around the waist before it fell to the floor...and that is the story....a little bit of movement goes a long way.....you cant get there quickly ...you need to just do better each time ...a little better than the time before and before you know it ....I may be just as good as the girl on the video posted above...
