Okay so my tool box:

Tomateo Juice, Dannon Yougurt (Yoplait on monday if I did good on weigh in), Cream of Wheat

Spray butter,Califlower in my salad, mini Big Y ice cream sandwiches ( only 100 calories in one)and it cures the craving, pastachios........and Hot Choclate... Thats not all of it but you dont want me write all of my toll box food we dont have enough room or time to read that much...
