I added two things to my weight loss journey this week, one of them is water,water,water,and the other is walking ,walking ,walking.
I was listening to a talk radio show on the way to the flea market last Sunday , not the sunday just passed, and the lady said ..a small amount of time , even if it is not a block of time is good to exercise . 5 to 10 min. is better than none at all...soooooo
I started walking at lunch time , instead of running home, prepared my lunches to take with me....(the only food that I eat during the day is the food that I bring with me) and walk first then eat when I get back to my desk. so last week I walked a total of 119 min. for the work week that is. I thought that it was pretty good...but I will try to do better this week....I did walk today same walk everyday...but less time . It only took 30 instead of 37 ...so tomorrow I will add steps....and a little bit more time.
I could ramble on and on...in short ...just get out there and get those feet moving...
