How many calories in a sweet potato...verses a baked potato....I chose the sweet for something different....with some spray butter....I dont think that it is low cal...but I think it is high fiber...sometimes you just gotta shake things up....what is your choice......Sweet or White ???

One medium sized sweet potato (2in across by 5in long) is 198.5 calories with the skin eaten. One medium white potato is 193.3 with the skin eaten. Spray butter is 10 calories for 12.5 sprays.
