No, the lobster with butter day wasn't it. No, the corn beef and cabbage sandwich during our spa trip wasn't. No, it is today. I have been having Subway Salad's for lunch every day. (You can even get away with a spicy-italian salad, its the BREAD that is 200 calories.) Today, me and Tom were just tired of eating salad a lunch. Keep in mind, I eat salad at night most nights. So, it was like I was in this weird reality TV show. "All Salad, All the Time - Watch as Contestants are Forced to Eat Nothing But Salad and Only with Lite Dressing, who will break down first and eat their roommate."
So, yeah, I had chinese food at lunch. Of course, it wasn't General Tsao's Chicken or Mongolian Beef or Sweet and Sour Chicken (yum) or Teriaki Beef that took me down. No, it was a small cup of hot and sour soup and an order of chicken with brocolli and fried rice. I did not even eat all the fried rice. My normal lunch is 300 calories, this lunch, THIS LUNCH, was EIGHT HUNDRED AND FORTY! That's right - I could have had a big mac or a foot long subway sub. I cannot believe it - and I am so hungry.
Now I am miserable. I wasted 830 calories and its time for dinner and I am so hungry. I want pizza, cookies, lasagna, fettucini alfredo, chikcen wings with blue cheese, grilled cheese, chicken nuggets, a big ole BLT grinder with MAYO, and a large shake, with a side order of meatballs and pudding - mixed together. Make that chocolate pudding and meatballs with red sauce. Yum yum, we'll call them Meatolate Pudding Balls. They will go great with egg noodles.
Anyway, to add the final insult to injury after all of these feelings, I am looking through the mail, and here is the magazine that came in:

Forget it... I'm going to go eat 80 radishes.

Something must be in the air cause yesterday was my munchy day. Did pretty good until the after noon but after that the cat food was in danger. (didn't try it) Fat free saltines and diet soda is my usual trick to kill the urge but the peanut butter looked good soooo. Today is great new day and so far so good. I find if I am overtired I want to everything in sight.Keep up the good work and we will all look great for Christmas.
Yeah me too. If i get tierd and dont want to sleep I get the munchie thing.. But I had a new view on my diet this morning after talking to Mom on the phone...
