I guess I never really listened to you when you said that you were counting calories....exactlly how many a day are you allowed......just curious.....it seems like you spend them really fast....but Chinese once and a while.....or a small grinder doesnt hurt...think how far we have come....
Dad and I were watching TV last night...I looked over to him and said.....
...... I miss potato chips....dont you....sigh.....I dont have them in the house I would not be able to control myself...UNLESS ... they were the flavored kind....I dont like those.....
I am having a GREAT week this week....I just hope that I can hold on until MONDAY ...week days are so easy...with work and all...but Friday , Sat. and Sunday are the challenge....
LOVE you guys...all who read here...dont give up...we are all working toward being HEALTHY, and that is a great thing, It is wonderful to do something good for yourself once and a while....

Well... I am having a terrible week... not on my way to another win... :( I want a double-meat BMT...
I have 1584 calories a day...And I will eat them in one day... Now I am weighing my meat and pasta with a digital kitchen wieght... It's the best thing i could have ever invested money on.. because now I dont over eat and get the feeling of over eating even if it is all veg...nooo chips and dip... yumm... miss chips and dip.....sigh.....

When I crave food I work out extra hard. Go ahead and eat a small BMT or maybe have turkey instead. Skip the mayo, cheese and oil and it's no so bad. Then go for a really long walk. You'll feel good that you ate something you enjoyed and you'll feel good for exercising. :o)
