Anywhooo...
I had another milestone this week. It wasnt a happy one like last week's was...This was the first week I gained weight. .2lbs. I was miserable Monday morning. But I think I know how it happened and I have a plan to fix it.
The important thing is to not give up when that scale goes the other way. We are all going to eventually hit a week when we gain. Some of us already have. We just have to change tactics - our bodies are very intelligent machines. Our metabolism wants to stablize, our muscles want to relax. If you have a set menu, shake it up - change what you eat for breakfast, add an apple as a snack. If you have a set workout routine - mix it up for a few weeks; do a workout video instead of walking.

Here is what I'm doing to change my weekly outcome:
- I have cut out wine
- I am drinking more water than diet coke
- Chris and I take Bart for a vigorous walk at night
- Re-introduced salads into our menu (had cut them out for Chris's canker sores)
Hopefully next weeks outcome will be better for us Georgia Martins!

You know what Katie.. I was just telling mom yesterday before I read your blog today that people ask me what diet are you on and I tell them my own.. They ask what I do and i tell them something diffrent every week because I get bored with the same way of dieting everyday.. Keep up the good work...
Love you guys
We always watch TV eat snacks not go out for work outs and put some weight. This is problem for many people out around the globe. We should follow a weight loss diet program to control the weight growth even if we don’t work out.
