Well big purchase tonight we bought another treadmill, when ever I was walking at a good clip my machine would die. The circuit was fine, I was going too fast. So my valentine's gift is a machine, much better than chocolate any day.

Being good makes you feel better, but I have to say I did cheat a little. But my attitude is good, the chiropracter got a laugh about the wiifit, but says to say with the step not the hula hoop. Buying more fruit and vegetables and snacking on fruit at work, so that's a good thing.

They have asked me to run for leader in our weight group, so I will see what happened when the election is held.

Bob picks up the new machine tomorrow, and I get walking, this one has arm movers too so I can move a little bit of everything. Pray for me that I don't fall off.
