Well Bob and I have been to the YMCA 8 days, a new beginning and hopefully a start on a healthier life. I do low impact aerobics 3 days a week, and try to do treadmill too. Bob on the other hand used the machines bike, treadmill and something else. We also go swimming two days a week, doing water aerobics as best we can.
We will have the grandchildren for the weekend, so snacks we will have to watch. But we will all have fun too. Not sure what Bob is doing weight wise but I am holding to a good mark.
